Advisory & Coaching
Coaching your team for long-term growth
The problem
You're building marketing from the ground up, or close to it. Maybe you're a founder who's been doing the marketing yourself and knows it's time to hand it off, but you don't know what the first hire should even look like. Maybe you're a nonprofit leader with a small team that's stretched thin and learning as they go. You don't need someone to take it over. You need someone who's done it before to help you figure out the path, and to make your people better at it.
What we do
We advise, and we coach.
It usually starts with a conversation — with you, the founder or the leader, about where the organization actually is and where it's trying to go. From there we map the path: what to build first, what to leave for later, what to stop doing. And then we work with your people, wherever they are — from an early-career marketer who needs direction to a CMO who wants a sounding board. The goal is always the same: to leave you with more capability than you had, not a dependency on us.
How it works
Advisory relationships are flexible by design. Some clients want a standing monthly conversation and a strategic sounding board. Some want hands-on coaching for a specific person or team over a defined period. Some want a board-level advisor who understands marketing and can hold the function accountable. We shape it around what you actually need.
Why it matters
Consultants who build a dependency have every reason to keep you dependent. We'd rather build your capability and stay in your corner as things grow. That's better for you, and honestly it's how the best long-term relationships tend to start.
